Return/Cancellation 

You have the right to cancel the concluded contract within 14 days without giving reasons and to return the goods to us. The cancellation period is 14 days from receipt of the goods. It is important that the products are in their original packaging and unused.


Please proceed as follows:

1. Pack the items, which must be in their original, unused condition.

2. Please leave a piece of paper where you write down your order number in the package.

3. The returns process has now begun & you can send the package back with sufficient postage to the following address:

exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist or expires for the following contracts:

  • Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery. This particularly includes opened or used cosmetic products.

Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us to be repaid immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
