Return/Cancellation 

You have the right to cancel the concluded contract within 14 days without giving reasons and to return the goods to us.The cancellation period is 14 days from receipt of the goods. It is important that the products are in their original packaging and unused.

Please proceed as follows:

1. Pack the items, which must be in their original, unused condition.

2. Please leave a piece of paper where you write down your order number in the package.

3. The return process has now begun and you can send the package back to the following address with sufficient postage:
